Africa Properties
Introduction
Green Africa Properties is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Green
Africa Group.
Established in 2007 to meet the growing property requirements of the
Green Africa Group, the Properties’ division presently
manages a
portfolio valued at an estimated R60 million.
In the past, premises purchased or leased by sister companies were
managed on an individual basis. However, the extent of growth
necessitated a dedicated, professional approach that would initiate and
manage commercial and industrial property investments for the benefit
of internal and external stakeholders. |
